Pulse Survey
As part of our commitment to improving your experience of working at VNH and for others across the health system, D-HH and VNH will be conducting a PULSE survey beginning November 1st. This is a brief employee engagement survey, generally done 6 – 12 months after the more detailed survey, to check on how we are doing and how you are feeling about working here. All employees hired on or before August 1, 2021, can expect to receive an email with a link to the survey from our vendor, Press Ganey. The pulse survey is anonymous and takes less than 5 minutes to complete.
