Currently, Visiting Nurse and Hospice for Vermont and New Hampshire (VNH) serves more than 140 towns in Vermont and New Hampshire and covers 4,000 square miles. VNH cares for more than 6,000 people each year, making over 150,000 home visits to people of all ages and at all stages of life.
