Cynthia Twombly is the Vice President of Operations at West Central Behavioral Health with locations in Lebanon, Claremont, and Newport, New Hampshire. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rivier College, a Master of Arts in Counseling from Rivier College Department of Education, and a Master in Business Administration from Rivier College. She is also a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor.
Cynthia joined the Visiting Nurse and Hospice for Vermont and New Hampshire (VNH) Board of Trustees in 2016 and brings years of experience and expertise in healthcare, development, education, and strategic planning.
