Stephanie Mozzer is the Director of Maternal Child Health at Visiting Nurse and Hospice for Vermont and New Hampshire (VNH) and joined VNH in June 2019.
Mozzer is responsible for the oversight, growth, and development of maternal-child health services and related programs, such as pediatric palliative care and Strong Families Vermont. She will lead a team of clinical and administrative members to manage all aspects of the program including fiscal, quality, regulatory compliance, team growth and development, and community needs.
Stephanie holds a Master of Science in Nursing Leadership from Western Governor’s University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing, and an Associate Degree in Nursing from Castleton State College.
Prior to joining VNH, Stephanie was the Director of Nursing for multiple facilities. She also holds a certification as a Lactation Counselor.
