Megan Hawthorne, LICSW is the Director of Long-Term Care Services for Visiting Nurse and Hospice for Vermont and New Hampshire (VNH). Megan joined VNH in January 2013 and held various positions before being named Director of Long-Term Care Services in October 2019.
Megan is responsible for program growth, quality performance, service excellence, and regulatory compliance of VNH’s Long-Term Services including Choices for Care, Moderate Needs and OneCare Vermont Accountable Care programs in Vermont and Choices for Independence in New Hampshire.
Megan holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Rutgers University School of Social Work in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
