A comprehensive team of nurses, aides, counselors, and specialists provide specialized care to infants, children and adolescents in homes across our region who experience conditions that limit or threaten their lives. We provide support to parents and families, educating them on how to monitor and manage their child’s condition.

Through this free, voluntary program, our specially trained nurses support first-time mothers until their babies are two years old. Any woman who is pregnant with her first child, meets low-income requirements, and lives within the service area can enroll in the program.
Nurse-Family Partnership is a research-based approach to promoting better birth outcomes, reaching key developmental milestones, and building stronger, more economically independent families.
