Hilary Davis is the Vice President of Strategy Management at Visiting Nurse and Hospice for Vermont and New Hampshire (VNH). Hilary joined VNH in January 2017.
In this role, Hilary is responsible for ensuring that effective operations and infrastructure are in place to support the goals, priorities and mission of the organization. Her leadership assures that VNH is well positioned in a rapidly evolving and competitive environment by being an agent for organizational change. She provides strategic direction and oversight of patient access, business development, community relations, philanthropy, marketing, communications and emergency preparedness functions in order to best meet the community’s health and wellness needs.
Hilary holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Norwich University, and Masters of Science in Organizational Leadership in Healthcare Administration from Colorado State University, Global Campus. Additional certifications include Lean Six Sigma Yellowbelt from the Value Institute Learning Center at Dartmouth-Hitchcock, and Quality and Patient Safety Process Improvement Methods from the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI), and Crisis & Emergency Risk Communication (CERC). Hilary also serves on the Board of Directors for the New England Society for Healthcare Communications.
Prior to joining VNH, Hilary worked at Norwich University, holding several positions in Development and Alumni Relations. Leading fundraising teams consisting of both professionals and volunteers, Hilary worked to connect alumni, family, and friends of Norwich University in supporting University strategic initiatives through philanthropic and volunteer contributions.
