Ericka Bergeron, MSN, RN is the Director of Home Health Services for Visiting Nurse and Hospice for Vermont and New Hampshire (VNH) and joined VNH in March 2020.
Bergeron is responsible for the oversight, growth, and development of Medicare certified home health care services and related clinical programs. She will lead a team of interdisciplinary managers, clinical and administrative members to manage all aspects of the program including fiscal, quality, regulatory compliance, team growth and development, and community needs.
Ericka holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from West Virginia Wesleyan College and a Master of Science in Nursing Leadership from Franklin Pierce University.
Prior to joining VNH, Ericka was the Nurse Manager for CHaD Pediatric Clinics at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center and was named New Hampshire Nurse Leader of the Year by New Hampshire Magazine 2019.
