Nurse-Family Partnership

Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) supports first-time moms with comprehensive, compassionate and supportive care. VNH registered nurses make regular home visits and continue to care for mother and child through the child’s second birthday. It is our goal to support the mother and child so that they can remain happy and safetogetherat home.

VNH registered nurses provide support and education, including information and resources on pregnancy, breastfeeding, nutrition, child development, safe-sleep techniques, and much more.

Are you eligible for NFP?

  2. Live in Windsor or Windham Counties, Vermont

“The nurses are courteous and professional and the material on child development has helped me become a better parent. I feel at peace because I know that I have support and someone that I can turn to for advice and information.”
